Grassroots non-governmental organisations (NGOs) often operate with limited resources and insufficient access to the support systems required to achieve sustainable social change. Resource constraints, heavy demands and a lack of structured, contextualised learning opportunities make it challenging for them to adapt to shifting funding landscapes and evolving stakeholder expectations.
Our Response
We hypothesise that high quality relational support, in the form of formal mentorship with a structured change management process, is the most effective way to augment value creation in the grassroots sector. In this respect, TTF skillfully fosters an environment of mutual respect and warmth with organisations, laying a strong foundation from which to deliver structured programming across a variety of organisational and programmatic domains. We create a trusted space for teams and leadership to openly self-reflect, adopt new perspectives, change ways of operating, and ultimately increase efficiencies. Authentic, trusting relationships is the crux of our model, which is especially resonate in communities and cultures characterised by extensive ties of mutual support and belonging. We celebrate this strong collectivism, laterally share our insights and guide organisations to translate their lived experiences into globally recognised and highly regarded knowledge bases. If you would like to learn more about the mentorship programme, please feel free to download our brochure and/or request our concept note.
