Organisational Mentorship Programme

Grassroots non-governmental organisations (NGOs) often have to operate with limited access to the depth and breadth of support needed to fully realise sustainable organisational and programmatic efficiencies, strategy and social impact. These organisations frequently face resource constraints, heavy demands and limited opportunities for structured, contextualised learning, making it difficult to adapt to rapidly changing funding landscapes and to remain current with stakeholder expectations

Our Response

We hypothesise that high quality relational support, in the form of formal mentorship with a structured change management process, is the most effective way to augment value creation in the grassroots sector. In this respect, TTF skilfully fosters an environment of mutual respect and warmth, laying a strong foundation from which to deliver structured programming across a variety of organisational and programmatic domains. In the process, we create a trusted space for teams and leadership to openly self-reflect, adopt new perspectives, change ways of operating, and ultimately increase efficiencies and effectiveness. Authentic, trusting relationships is the crux of our model, which is especially resonate in communities and cultures characterised by extensive ties of mutual support and belonging. We celebrate this strong collectivism, laterally share our insights and guide organisations to translate their lived experiences into globally recognised and highly regarded knowledge bases.
